INTRODUCTION
We are seeking a Senior Director of Commercial Finance to lead commercial finance and FP&A across multiple brands for a leading consumer goods company.
This executive leadership role partners closely with senior management to drive business strategy, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial decision-making while ensuring robust management reporting and financial performance across the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with business leaders on strategic initiatives
- Lead commercial finance and FP&A across all brands
- Develop and improve management reporting
- Build and refine budgets and forecasts
- Monitor sales, gross profit and profitability
- Identify margin improvement opportunities
- Support strategic investment decisions through financial analysis
- Lead cross-functional financial projects
- Collaborate with regional and global finance teams
- Drive business growth through financial insights
REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years of FP&A or Finance experience
- Experience in multinational companies or consulting firms
- Business level English (TOEIC 900+ or equivalent)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Project management experience
- Retail industry experience preferred
- Consulting firm or investment banking experience preferred
- CPA or MBA qualification preferred
- Knowledge of SAP, HFM or Essbase preferred
