INTRODUCTION
We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Expert to lead strategic marketing initiatives and strengthen brand awareness for a leading consulting company.
This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, enhancing the firm's value proposition, and driving business growth through digital marketing, branding, and communication activities.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns in a fast-paced B2B environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead strategic internal and external marketing projects
- Develop and execute brand strategy
- Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns
- Create and publish social media content
- Manage SEO initiatives including keyword research and backlink strategy
- Analyze marketing performance and ROI
- Develop and manage marketing budgets
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen brand positioning
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of B2B marketing communications experience
- Strong logical and structured communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills
- Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
- Creative thinking and innovation mindset
- Business level Japanese and English
- Ability to work with senior management
- Strong team player within multicultural environments
