INTRODUCTION
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market strategies and integrated marketing initiatives for a leading beauty company in Japan.
This role will lead media strategy, CRM planning, campaign optimization, market analysis, and agency management while collaborating with regional APAC teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
You will play a key role in accelerating business growth through data-driven marketing strategies and consumer insights within a fast-paced international environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Go-to-Market planning with Marketing leadership
- Develop integrated media mix and CRM strategies
- Analyze market insights to optimize marketing activities
- Review campaign performance and improve future strategies
- Manage advertising and promotional budget allocation
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors
- Collaborate with APAC Growth Marketing teams
- Manage campaign execution and stakeholder communication
- Conduct competitor and market trend analysis
- Lead and develop Growth Marketing team members
REQUIREMENTS
- 8–10 years of experience in brand marketing or strategic planning
- Strong understanding of media planning and digital marketing trends
- Experience optimizing media and CRM performance using KPIs
- Experience working within an international organization
- Fluent Japanese and English communication skills
- Strong stakeholder and agency management skills
- 3+ years of experience within the beauty, fashion or related industry
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
