INTRODUCTION
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee accounting, financial planning, and administrative operations for a leading industrial company.
In this role, you will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and supporting executive decision-making. You will also collaborate with HR and administrative functions to ensure efficient business operations across the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage monthly and annual financial closing
- Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll
- Prepare financial reports and account reconciliations
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities
- Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis
- Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities and banks
- Prepare statutory financial statements
- Supervise administrative operations and staff
- Support HR onboarding and personnel administration
- Improve accounting processes and internal controls
- Handle additional finance and administrative projects as required
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong experience in Accounting and Finance
- People management experience is preferred
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong coaching and communication skills
- Collaborative mindset and open attitude
- Fluent Japanese and English
