Lead the creative vision for one of the world's leading marketing agencies in Tokyo.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Creative Director to inspire multidisciplinary teams, shape award-winning campaigns, and partner with globally recognised brands across digital, integrated and interactive marketing.
You will play a key leadership role, driving creativity, mentoring talent and influencing the future of the Tokyo studio while collaborating with international teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and inspire the Tokyo Creative team
- Deliver innovative campaigns across digital and integrated platforms
- Develop creative concepts from strategic briefs
- Mentor and develop designers, copywriters and art directors
- Lead new business pitches in both Japanese and English
- Collaborate with Strategy, Client Services and Production teams
- Build strong client relationships with senior stakeholders
- Manage external creative partners and suppliers
- Champion creativity throughout the agency
REQUIREMENTS
- Extensive Creative Director experience within an agency environment
- Strong digital and integrated campaign portfolio
- Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Experience pitching and presenting to senior clients
- Fluent Japanese and Business English
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Passion for innovation and creative excellence
