INTRODUCTION
We are seeking an experienced Chief Digital & Marketing Officer (CDMO) to lead digital transformation and integrated marketing strategy for our Japan business.
Reporting directly to the Japan Managing Director, this executive leadership role is responsible for developing digital strategy, driving 360-degree marketing initiatives, and accelerating business growth through data-driven decision making.
You will collaborate closely with global digital teams, participate in board-level discussions, and lead the local marketing team to deliver innovative omnichannel customer experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute digital strategy for the Japan business
- Lead integrated 360-degree omnichannel marketing campaigns
- Manage the marketing team including Brand Managers
- Develop social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, X and YouTube
- Collaborate with global digital and creative teams
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement and conversion
- Lead digital campaign planning, execution and optimization
- Manage paid social, paid search, referral, organic and video campaigns
- Report campaign performance and insights to senior leadership
- Participate in board meetings related to digital and marketing strategy
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in growth-focused digital marketing
- Strong experience managing CPC, CPA and CPM marketing campaigns
- Experience with Google, Facebook, Instagram, X and YouTube advertising
- Brand-side marketing experience within a consumer goods company
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing marketing teams
- Experience within a B2B business environment
